The first portion of Genshin’s significant impact is Stormterror, a formerly peaceful dragon who now attacks the Mondstadt realm. The travelers and Paimon work together to quiet Stormterror and bring peace to the city of Mondstadt along with the Favonian knights and the wind god Barbatos. Along the route, the players unite with various initial characters of Genshin Impact, most of them belong to the Favonius Knights. Players proceed to the next major section of the game after the Mondstadt events: Liyue. While Mondstadt was about the element Anemo (Wind), Liyue is compatible with the element Geo (Earth). The Liyu Qixing, whose playable character Keqing is part of, is part of this chapter of the plot.

Paimon claims to help you discover your sibling, and so far this is essentially the overall tale. But the first step of the pair is to check with the governing powers in the nearby town of Mondstadt to see if anyone has seen the sibling of the Traveler. So they talk to the Favonius Knights, together with Amber, your first party member, their outrider.
The whole chapter in Mondstadt is a lecture in which you and other early party members are introduced to the fight, including Katya, cavalry captain of the Favonius Knights, and Lisa, the librarian. You explain that several things endanger the peace presently in Mondstadt: a rampant dragon called Stormterror and a strange Dark Cult called The Abyss Order. The Abyss Order. Some spies also appear to hang around the city from the north part of Snezhnaya, called the Fatu, somewhat.
