While she played an important role in defeating the Others, she was a complex character, to say the least. It goes without saying that burning a child alive does not qualify one as a hero.
Missandei Missandei, played by Nathalie Emmanuel, is one of the series’ most intriguing characters. Missandei opted to stay with Dany after being freed by Daenerys, serving as her translator and close advisor in later seasons.
Missandei’s most heroic moments are her fierce support of Daenerys, with Missandei refusing to accept any negative remarks about Dany, and her defiance immediately before her execution.

Here, she witnessed her father’s death and learned of the deaths of her brother and mother, all as Joffrey insulted them in front of her.
However, she eventually began to understand the game, assisting Jon Snow in defeating Ramsay Bolton and then securing the freedom of the north in the final season.
