A new home might be frightening, if only because it is strange. This is the most frightening thing about the new horror film “The Jinn,” about a wicked genius who stings a silent pre-teen child. That phrase may appear cool, but in the genre “The Djinn” workout mainly in a suburban house in “a silent July night, 1989” there is not much narrative (according to an opening title). That house is becoming a battlefield of Dylan (Ezra Dewey), a silent 12 years old who decides to conjure up a militant spirit from a conveniently unearthed volume named “The book of shadows” when he leaves his single father Michael (Rob Brownstein).
Apart from the absence of Dylan’s mother (“do you think mom would have stayed if I weren’t…different?”), Dylan’s genie evidently represents several childhood tragedies. But the title monster evokes not much, since it’s not observed so much as the typical rites employed to call him. So while in “The Djinn” nothing is inherently wrong, it often seems unrelated to its house.

Dylan or how it relates to the external world we don’t really know much about, not simply because he’s not leaving his new home. He likes to listen to a synthetic pop on the radio, however (because it’s nightclub), and appears to have a good relationship with his father in the picture book, as is evident when Michael reads a portentous passage from Pinocho, whose only important part is that it ends, “Anything that has been done, cannot be done away with.”
The film “The Djinn” begins with a kitchen with Dylan dreaming of his mother. While his mom screams at the candle, the candle blows off shortly. Also, you must try to play this The Djinn quiz.
His relation with his parents was good. Dylan and Michael had a wonderful father-son tie as he lost his mother as she committed suicide. Finally, we learn that during the treatment of Asthma, Dylan lost his voice. We also come to know, as the owner of the house committed suicide in the same house, the terrible past that they shifted.
Religious literature and manuscripts were the Book of Shadows. He took a chance to call a djinn to fulfill his desire as he studied more about the rituals. He communicates with Djinn via sign language and wants to get his voice back.

Ezra Dewey, though, is outstanding as the mute boy, much like the Boy Behind The Door to Powell and Charbonier. His expressive face is a revelation of fear, horror, sorrow, and wrath, as he needs to figure out how to correct his error.
While Brownstein is far less like Dylan’s father, Brownstein is quite good. His affection for his child in their scenes and his desire to support him in any possible manner. And Erickson is as timid as the Djinn that makes something horrible that could have been a general otherworldly presence.
I would usually go into more specific scenarios in a review to give instances of how and why this aspect works. Just to mention that the picture is frightening, intense, and attractive at many levels.
The Djinn is frightening, terrifying, and startling. The performance is superb, and the graphics create tension. As quickly as possible, search for this title.
