Fate: Brian Young, best known for developing The Vampire Diaries, is the author of The Winx Saga. Queen Luna
The Crown Monarch of Solaria is a master of magic and one of the mightiest fairies in all the world. Some people also refer to her as the Queen of Light.

She apparently used magic to create the Burned Ones, and after defeating them, she was able to turn them back into people. Additionally, she can create, control, and navigate fire with ease. She is only prevented from winning the top rank by her lack of fairy experience and incomplete grasp of her full capabilities.
Rosalind
When it comes to Season 1, Rosalind unquestionably possesses the most magical skill. She had to be kept behind an enchanted barrier because she was demonstrated to be incredibly strong and malevolent. Due to the fact that Rosalind appears to have the skills and talents of practically every other fairy in the program, she is undoubtedly the strongest fairy.
She created a terrifying lightning strike that annihilated Aster Dell using her Convergence Magic ability. Later in the season, Rosalind used telepathy to effectively communicate with Riven and Dane’s minds as well as Bloom’s.
