God’s city chirps through the story of Rio de Janeiro’s slum gangs with angry intensity. I argue that using this cultural vehicle, was feasible, owing to foreigners’ curiosity in seeing and experiencing a part of life in the favelas, to start doing companies in the city such as ‘favela tour.’ The question arises as follows:
