Take this Are You A Slytherin quiz to find out. We update the quiz regularly and it’s the most accurate among the other quizzes.

CUNNING

This may appear to be a negative feature because it is typically associated with negativity, yet it can actually be a beneficial trait. Cunning refers to cleverness, which many Slytherins possess in plenty. While there are exceptions, such as Crabbe and Goyle, the ordinary Slytherin possesses a great deal of cunning. While Ravenclaws are more identified with learning and knowledge, Slytherins’ unique brand of intelligence takes them quite far.

ARROGANCE

Another aspect in which Gryffindors and Slytherins are similar is that they are both houses that are notorious for their arrogance. The distinction is in how this arrogance is displayed to and perceived by others. While Gryffindors are more inclined to be openly arrogant and gregarious, Slytherins are more introverted and smug in their superiority. They, like the Gryffindors, believe they are the best house. It’s no surprise that the two houses despise each other.

Editor’s Picks

LEADERSHIP

This is one positive Slytherin quality that Harry Potter fans don’t talk about nearly enough. Leadership is mentioned by the Sorting Hat, and if you pay closely, you will notice it as well. While not all Slytherins are natural leaders, the house’s other key characteristics predispose itself to positions of authority. Ambition, ingenuity, and resourcefulness are all crucial characteristics that can help someone reach the pinnacle of their chosen field. Also, you must try to play this Are You A Slytherin quiz.

Are You A Slytherin?

SELFISH

This is unquestionably one of the worst aspects of Slytherins, and it’s an area where they differ significantly from Gryffindors. While other houses, like Gryffindor and Hufflepuff, are recognized for caring about others and being people-oriented, Slytherins are more self-centered. They are more self-sufficient and concerned with their own well-being, and they are less likely to play the hero or risk their own lives. There are, of course, always exceptions.

SHREWD/RESOURCEFUL

These are two essential qualities of the Slytherin house that are both positive and quite useful. Being resourceful is a wonderful trait to have since it helps a person to care for oneself and make the best of a bad circumstance. A resourceful person can think swiftly and solve problems. Furthermore, their sharp brain enables them to assess events and make speedy decisions. These are folks who are acutely aware of what is going on around them.

SNEAKY

Given that the mascot of Slytherin is a snake, it’s no surprise that pupils sorted into this house are connected with deception. Many of the pupils who were sorted here are generally good at staying out of trouble and without getting caught. They are quite skilled at avoiding and creeping around. This is not a good thing to be because it frequently means they put other people under the bus, and Slytherins are also prone to lying. This is most likely one of the worst characteristics of the house that comes out the most.

About the quiz

LOYAL

This isn’t a feature you’d expect to see on the list, given that it’s generally linked with Gryffindors or even Hufflepuffs. While Gryffindors are also loyal, this is just another illustration of how they and Slytherin are essentially the same. Slytherins can be loyal as well, although they tend to be more dedicated to certain persons or concepts. They aren’t as prone to the heroic, outgoing loyalty as Gryffindors are.

CRUEL

This is by far one of the most heinous characteristics displayed by several Slytherins in the Harry Potter books. While not every student in the house is harsh, there are a few who are. It’s a little unjust how some Slytherins are considered, but the rotten apples in the bunch are so awful that they give the rest a horrible name. People like Malfoy and his pals were extremely vicious. They weren’t really concerned with what happened to their classmates, and they were prone to siding with the Dark Arts.
