Identity in Banshee is reoccurring as Lucas tries to make a living without leaving a track record. Which Banshee character are you?

The original finale of the episode is in an interview with Collider, creator Jonathan Tropper from Banshee. Tropper states his plan for Lucas remained till the end of season 3 filming, after which he began to re-examine the program, and where the character’s narrative should end:

Badass action, and a devoted fan base, with a streaming offer on HBO Max. You’re here for a crazy journey if you didn’t have a chance to look it up before now. It is worth to bing the trip again if you have seen it before. In Banshee, an ex-con adopts the identity and trouble of a killed sheriff in the little village of Banshee, Pennsylvania. The stars series are Antony Starr, Ivana Milicevic, Hoon Lee, Frankie Faison, and Matt Servitto, Trieste Kelly Dunn. Also, you will find out which Banshee character are you in this quiz.

With the Banshee season now open to binge at HBO Max, Collider has had the opportunity to speak one-on-one about Banshee’s work and his original plan for the finishing line, with co-creator/writer/managing producer Jonathan Tropper, about how the banshees have been first produced and what they have learned in the job.

It’s strange because we had no streaming services when we started Banshee, so in the following week, we were quite concerned to give listeners a reason to tune. It’s the same thing to make people binge your show. You must accomplish that, so you want the following episode to begin. So, I don’t think that we’d have to do anything other than that.

About the quiz

When a show ends, it’s always a great moment and it’s its final episode. The finals of the series are difficult episodes, they both have to tie and finalize the season, but it has also to find a way to say farewell to the characters. Your story may go on but we’re never going to look at it. And yesterday night that was Banshee’s time.

Banshee had a fantastic season finale after a mixed season. It was an appropriate conclusion. It was all I desired, it breaks my heart, makes me grin, surprises me, and gives me entire resolve. For certain programs, it can be harder for the season endings since there are large questions (Lost), but Banshee was never such a show. The basic premise was quite clear and not many questions remained after the serial assassin’s story was solved last week. Of course, Hood, Carrie, and Job are still mysteries, but they’re always going to be here. On each character, we can’t know everything, and I prefer it that way.

Shows usually tend to have a nice season-ending but an awful season finale (the Good Wife, Dexter, HIMYM…), however for Banshee it’s the other way around. The final season was not bad. It was also unusual to concentrate on this during the later episodes. I never really cared about the murderer, the reasons for doing so, the demonic elements, etc.
